This tastes just like it does in France, is easy to have shipped, and its cost is very reasonable.

This was my first time trying Boudin Noir sausage. I'm doing keto and this was the only one I could find that didn't have high carbs. Blood sausage is supposed to be very high in Vitamin D and since I like to have sausage with eggs for breakfast I thought I'd give this sausage a try. I liked it. I thought it was mildly spicy with just a hint of sweetness to it. Was perfect with my eggs. :) The package came quickly and well wrapped so the Boudin Noir was still frozen. It was kind of crumbly; I'm not sure if that is normal with Boudin Noir or not. I'll probably order this again.UPDATE 7/2019 Really love this sausage. It freezes well too. This will be a recurring order. :)

My Boudin Noir links came perfectly sealed, frozen and isolated, the container has Styrofoam isolation and ice packs. The flavor of this sausages is amazing! I cooked them in the pan with a tiny bit of water until completely black but not burned. Amazing, super tasty and I am sure I will order this product again...and again!

Went through a phase when I just had to try some of my traditional foods. First time purchase. Went shopping for a kilt immediately after consuming it. Okay so I didn't. But really good stuff. The frozen pack wasn't frozen anymore by the time it got to Alaska. And how can one tell when this product is inedible ? But these are trivial things when you think about what it is that your eating. Will definitely do it again. I'll just pass on the haggis.

The price is high for only about 4 sausages, but I don't think that they're made here in the U.S. They import them from somewhere else, although they arrived fairly quickly for me both times ive ordered so far. They come in dry ice packs or something and were still freezing when i got them. The only issue i have is the brand name package in the amazon order image wasn't the same brand i got in the mail but it was definitely the same sausage though. The taste was great.

The sausage arrived even earlier than expected,and with a friendly email from the staff. The problem with the product is that it is an eastern european wurst,I believe it is called a gurka ,not a french blood sausage., had rice and other sort of meat not blood,one should not try to sell a northern european this product as a blood sausage. Also it was advertised as being a les delices product,and that it was not! Five dollars is a lot to pay for each sausage,not including shipping. PS I live about 2 hrs from the store. Received warm as toast.....one tiny cold pack...which was also warm.....not useable....careless....expensive...
