I started using this Black Diamond Stoneworks concentrate on our bathroom, kitchen, utility room, and patio tiles, and it’s been outstanding. It cuts through everyday grime without leaving streaks or residue, and it brings out a nice natural shine on stone surfaces. Because it’s concentrated, a gallon goes a very long way—I use it biweekly to monthly and expect it to last for years. Bonus: it’s been great on our countertops and other stone, too. This cleaner works awesome and as stated it doesn't leave any streaks or residue. I use a cylindrical brush machine that scrubs, rinses then vacuums up the leftovers. Clean tile floor, nice fragrance that is not overpowering at all without the harsh soap feel. I did use 4 oz per gallon.

I used the Black Diamond tile cleaner to scrub my 6 month old ceramic tile floor. I'm very pleased with the results. I have a textured ceramic floor tile that traps dirt easily. While the floor did not appear to be dirty the water in the bucket proved otherwise and I was glad that I took the time to get it done. I used a stiff brush on a long handle to scrub the floor and then mopped it up. I figure that if I clean my floors every 6 months they'll stay looking brand new.

I like the way my floors look after using this. It also leaves a pleasant scent in the air. Does a great job cleaning the ceramic tile floors. No streaks. I use very little for each cleaning.

Wonderful stuff, cleaned my marble tile floo without causing any damage. Marble is really sensitive to any acids. I have been careful to read materials in any cleaning solutions. This product looked good, and cleaned really well. Kudos!

It’s OK, not a miracle and you will need to scrub. In my images the entire area is cleaned with it. It didn’t help the mold deep in the crannies but it did help the surface algae that’s yellow (S. FL so tons of rain lately). I am still worried about this stuff affecting my plants but I reached out and they said run off was safe for plants 🤞I report back if they die! This is my outdoor pool marble and it’s been sealed with ITC enhance and seal so I wanted something gentle for a cleaner. Sadly it didn’t kill the mold in the nooks and crannies or cracks and you for sure need to scrub. It’s decent but I’ll keep looking for a 10/10 cleaner for outside that’s plant and sealed marble safe and works well for mold.

Oh wow. Let me just start by saying—this Marble & Tile Floor Cleaner is so powerful, I’m convinced it’s erasing not just the dirt, but also the shame from my poor design decisions (hello, beige granite). I poured a little on my ceramic floor, and I swear it hissed like holy water on a demon. Ten seconds later, the tile looked like it was ready for a Vogue photoshoot. I half expected it to say, “Thanks, queen,” and walk off on its own. It says it’s "Great for Ceramic, Porcelain, Granite, Natural Stone"—and oh boy, it is. It cleaned my porcelain so well, I looked in the mirror and thought I was the one who got exfoliated. Even my granite countertop blushed a little, probably not used to being touched so tenderly. Smells like lemony justice, by the way. Not that fake “fresh linen” nonsense. No, this is the real deal. Like your house is about to be featured on a cooking show and Gordon Ramsay won’t yell at you about hygiene. Does it remove deep, spiritual grime? No. But it does make my kitchen floor sparkle like it’s trying to get promoted. Highly recommend if you want your floors so clean you feel obligated to walk around like you're in a museum. Barefoot? Not anymore. You’ll be hovering out of respect. Would buy again—unless it gains sentience and starts judging me.

My floors never looked so good and clean! Amazing product for the price! I don't have to dry my floors after mopping because this here doesn't leave any lines or residues! It dries quickly and you see a total difference!

Dans ma cuisine, plancher de marbre, c'est fantastique. Dans ma salle de bain plancher de marbre aussi mais ça laisse des traces, faut rincer et essuyer. Par contre dans la cuisine aucun rinçage et ça brille.

This product is good value and does a wonderful job. The scent is very pleasant and the floor is wonderfully shiny and streak free. I would definitely recommend.

It couldn’t remove a stain on my marble table. Not good for tough stains.

Did not receive the product as there was a custom issue . Received the refund. Supplier was nice . Bought the smaller one and it worked well.
