I am a fan of this brand for all kitchen knives. I have investigated cutlery and kitchen knives in depth. And virtually all areas you cannot beat Victorinox Knives in terms of bang for the buck. Certainly these are as good or better than many high-dollar priced brands. They are razor sharp and stay that way. I will say we do not put them in the dishwasher. Also we picked the round tip rather than the pointed tip to avoid accidents. While I am reviewing this steak Knife collection I will say you can't go wrong with any Victorinox Knives. If you are looking for the basic kitchen knives like a chef's knife or meat knife look at their products. They are excellent, long lasting and priced properly.

these cut really well. the plastic handles makes them seem kind of cheap but they are cheap relative to most glamor knives. especially after they whiten a bit from dishwasher runs. these cut really well. really well. watch fingers.

Super sharp!

Knives are very sharp. So far they are holding up well in the dishwasher. No rust or discoloration. The handles feel on the cheaper side. Would like it if they were thicker but they work fine and look like they should last. Didn’t want to overspend so these are great for the price. I just bought another 6.
