Great earbuds and will defiantly buy again!
These earbuds fit in/around my ears comfortably and have great sound quality. I would highly recommend either downloading the app on your phone or going on the JLab website and using the "burn-in method" that plays a mix of different sounds and frequencies to warm up the drivers in the earbuds. I tried to use them before I used this tool that's offered as well as after using the tool and the audio quality was definitely better after using the burn-in tool. I absolutely love the "cloud foam" tips (the blue tips as seen in the picture), as they isolate outside sound and fit in my ears much better than the standard three sizes of the silicon tips. The medium silicon tips were originally installed when opening the package and I tested them before switching over to the foam tips. There are three audio profiles built into the earbuds themselves, listed in the manual as JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost. I prefer the Signature setting, as it amplifies both the vocals and bass of music and other media I listen to. There is also a mode on the earbuds called "Be Aware" which mixes outside noise with the media you're listening to. This mode is very handy for when I walk the dog with one or both of my earbuds in use, as I can hear cars and my surroundings. It's also a great mode for when I'm doing my college assignments, because it allows me to hear my family if they ask me a question (as I'm an online student). On the charging case side, I've charged it once when I got it and made sure the earbuds were fully charged before my first use. Using both earbuds at full charge gives me almost a full day of use, and the case gives me about 6 additional charges on the earbuds when their batteries are fully depleted after long use. I would have liked if the built-in USB-A cable on the case was a bit longer or if the case supported wireless charging, but I have plans to purchase a USB-A male-to-female adapter so that I can use them with a wall charger instead of having to charge them through my computer. One issue I had when I first connected the earbuds to my phone was the left and right weren't connecting properly, but after resetting them by putting them in the charging case and quickly tapping on them four times it fixed the problem. I love that these earbuds have a touch sensor for the interface instead of the click buttons of some of the others I looked at before purchasing these. It was a bit difficult to get use to the controls at first however... a single tap on right earbud turns the volume up and a tap on the left turns it down, double tapping the right pauses/plays the media and left activated the voice assistant on the device you're using (for me it's Google Assistant on my Samsung S9 Plus), tapping and holding your finger on the right earbud skips the song in a music player and left goes to the previous track, and a triple tap on the right turns on the Be Aware audio passthrough whereas a triple tap on the left switches between the three audio profiles (the earbuds announce which profile it switches to which is a nice touch). The voice prompts are great too. When the right earbud turns on (either for single use mode or dual use mode), they earbuds say "Hello" and let you know if you are in pairing mode and when they connect to a device. They also announce when the battery is full (100%-80%), medium (80%-20%), and low (less than 20%). An announcement will also play through the right earbud when the left one get connected to the left earbud. In regards to phone calls, the audio is less than desirable. I've had no complaints from people I talk to that they can't hear me, so the microphones are decent quality. The audio of the phone call however is not the greatest and sounds very quiet even at full volume... almost as though there is a limiter for call volume in the earbuds. All other audio comes through the earbuds perfectly! So only things I have to complain about for these earbuds are the call audio volume, the length of the charging cable, and the controls. I would recommend memorizing the different touch commands on the earbuds, especially if you're going to use these as workout earbuds as I had to keep the manual nearby in order to remember the touch controls for a bit. The length of the charging cord isn't the greatest, but it you have the budget you can buy a USB-A extender to plug into a wall charger or computer to have them on the desk... however I would have rather had the case have wireless charging built in. For the call quality on smartphones, I'd recommend seeing if there's a sound boost option in your phone app to amplify the audio if you have any issues with the call being quiet during a call. Other than those few gripes listed above, these earbuds are a great product and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good pair of fully wireless earbuds. They have great sound quality for music, podcasts, and audiobooks. Great product and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The only other issue I'd like to see resolved is the ability to use either left or right earbuds alone instead of being limited to using the right one alone. Edit (March 23, 2020) So about a week ago I took out my earbuds from my ear and found the foam tips were torn and started falling apart, and I'm not entirely sure if it was from extended use or a flaw in the material. I switched to the large silicon tips for the earbuds and they fit perfectly for noise isolation if you're looking for them. Also saw you can buy additional tips (whether third party or by JLabs), which include foam tips. I'm going to stick with the silicon tips for now until I have the budget to buy more of the foam ones. Still a great product! Edit 2 (January 10, 2021) So I take back what I said previously... these earbuds are only good for if you want the case to break. Back in June (haven't had much time to update this review since I've been busy with college), I opened up the case after my brother's dog accidently bumped them off the bed onto my soft carpeted floor and I found that the case had broke... the plastic where the earbuds sat had separated from the body and the wires inside connecting everything to the contacts were broken. Note my bed was only about 3 feet off the ground at the time, and somehow that short drop down onto the carpet floor seemed to break the case. Luckily I got the protection plan Amazon offers and they were able to help me resolve the problem. If you want to get these, definitely get the protection plan!!!

Perfect Fit and Great for Workouts!
I absolutely love these JLab JBuds Air Sport wireless earbuds! The fit around the ear is perfect—once they’re on, they do not budge, no matter what workout I’m doing. Whether I’m lifting weights or doing high-intensity cardio, they stay secure without any discomfort. One of my favorite things about these earbuds is how convenient they are. I can grab them quickly and go, making them a must-have for my daily routine. In fact, every time I misplace a pair, I make sure to replace them immediately because they are just that good! Another bonus is how discreet they are. With my hair down, they are almost invisible, which I love. It’s nice to have great sound quality without drawing attention to bulky earbuds. Overall, these are an amazing investment for anyone who needs reliable, comfortable, and high-quality wireless earbuds. Highly recommend!

Fine purchase
My last bluetooth headset died and I had bought a wired headphone but after getting it tangled nonstop, decided it was time to get a truly wireless ear buds. It was between, this which had very few reviews, or the Sabbat E12 and I ended up getting the JLabs Air Sport because they go over the year which makes it less likely to fall out of my ears. It's a simple design, plain and streamlined. I don't hate the look of it at all. It's not noticeable from the front, no garish lights flashing that Bluetooth seems to love, and so far I've been pretty pleased with the purchase overall. My daily routine may help inform folks of the battery life of these buds: I use these buds to and from work which is about 30-45 minutes. In that time I'm playing music and will not look at my phone, so it is important for me to navigate the controls with just the ear buds. In total, I'd say I use these buds for about 2 hours a day, and they charge in the base when they are not being used. The Case: Light, matte black and plastic. The case itself is pretty plain and feels cheap but it houses the buds okay. I did drop the case and the buds flew out but aside from a few scratches, it seems to be holding up pretty well. It will tell you the charge left on the case with white LED lights. I sometimes have trouble taking the buds out of the container but that's a user problem. I've intentionally not charged the case to see how long it'll last and from the initial charge when I first received it, it's been about 2 weeks without charging it. I received it on June 29 and it is now July 11 and it has finally dropped one light of the 3 white lights, so that's pretty darn good, considering I use this M-F for 2 hours a day each. The Ear Buds The controls There's no button to press to activate the controls which I've heard previous iterations of the JLab buds had so I don't have to press firmly, thus driving the buds deeper into my ear canal. It's just a simple light touch that does the work. It does loop around over your ear and honestly, it doesn't feel secure, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing as the earbuds fit in my ears nicely and comes with 5 sets of bud replacements. I'm currently using the blue foam ones and they seem to be holding up well. The Shake Test: Surprisingly solid. Even with vigorous shaking, the earbuds stay put. This isn't from the loop either which feel super loose. Controls: This is a bit more complicated and I feel like I need to spend time just learning. Often times when I want to switch to the next song, the volume goes up. Each ear bud have separate controls and they are kind of touchy. The right ear bud controls the volume, switching to the next song, pausing and playing,...and a few other things I've yet to learn. As it's touch sensitive, be mindful of accidentally touching as you may blow out your eardrums. Sound: Sound is pretty great, most songs feel punchy and not tinny. There are three settings, Signature, Balanced and Bass boost. Signature yielded the best results, Balanced being the worst for me. Sound quality is clear for the most part. Calls have been surprisingly solid and people I've called say I sound clearer than I normally do using just the phone or my computer's mic. Cons: The left ear bud cuts out often but not for very long and sometimes the ear buds do not respond to my music. I haven't tested distance yet but it has unsynced a few times standing near. Fixing the problem hasn't been an issue (deactivating and reactivating the bluetooth on my phone seems to do the trick).

Great headphones, good options for sound, don't go very loud, but Max volume is decent, but not so loud it gives me tendinitis. The lusten to your surrounding feature is cool but destroyed by a light wind. Comfortable and they stay in, so can't complain. The touch system on the outside is a bit jenky but also unessisary, so no actual complaints about it. Battery life is reasonable, won't last a full day, but with the case as long as you put them in it when ever you're done it'll be fine. Been using them for a month now and very happy with it.

Bon son. Bonne tenue en courant. Achetés en remplacement de plantronics backdoor beat 3 qui coutent le double. Pas justifié sur les critères ci-dessus. 1 bémol: pas de mode d’emploi en français (pas trouvé en ligne non plus)

I was hesitant at first to buy these earbuds given the other reviews for this product, however after using the product on a daily basis for the last few weeks i have a couple of things to note: - the earbuds, at least to me, have good sound quality and noise isolation. There isn't noise cancelling on this particular model so if its a big issue then consider the noise canceling model by JLab. I use them for walking to work and can hardly hear the traffic when walking alongside busy roads. - the volume of the earbuds can be independently adjusted on the device you are using to get your music (e.g. phone or PC) and on the device themselves. In other words, to reach maximum volume you have to turn it up on the device AND the earbuds - this adresses some of the comments about them being quiet. - i have had no connectivity issues to the charging case, and would think by quickly wiping down the charging contacts after every workout that this has and will continue to prevent issues. - some people couldnt find the additional earbud tips, these are located attached to the plastic insert if you fold it out! I am very happy with this product and would definitely reccomend them for good fit and sound quality.

Good product.....one of the WORST customer care service I have ever seen. I bought this product about an year back. About a month back (or more), one of the ear pieces stopped working. Contacted their customer care. The customer care asked me to record some videos as per their process. Did that and got a commuication on 24 may stating theyare PROCESSING MY CLAIM. Since then, NOTHING. Every time I write to them I get a standard response - "We apologies. We have escalated....we are out of inventory" But guess what, I can literally buy the same product on AMAZON today. So.....if you like dealing with such problems, I would say GO FOR IT. The product is really good though.
