Perfect macaroons!
The cookies arrived packed very well, nothing damaged. Cookies are fabulous: fresh, firm yet creamy, just WONDERFUL! I will continue to buy them from Scott’s Cakes. I thought the price was reasonable for bakery quality cookies. Now I have to see what else he offers since I know he’s a great baker.

I simply cannot stop eating these! I read the reviews so I ordered three; so glad I did!1 lb = 27 pieces. The pics make them look thin and kinda burnt, but in reality, they are a wonderfully fresh, thick cake with enough sticky coconut texture to ensure it all goes into the mouth. The vanilla and coconut are wonderfully balanced.I hope I don't get sick on these, cause I already ate 1/2 a box!

Arrived late, hard as rocks
I ordered them 2 weeks before Christmas and got them Jan 4th. Hard as rocks and stuck to the paper. Can't get refund. Be warned.
