Sockets are well built but did not fit well in my Malibu fixtures. The added shrink around the base made it almost impossible to install with the original mounting screws. If you have the right fixtures it's a well made product and well worth the price but for me not so much..

Perfect replacement sockets for 12v bi-pin fixtures. The housing looks and feels like a heat-proof ceramic and the wires are likewise have a high temp induration. The wires are pre-stripped at their ends for easy connection. No complaints whatsoever...

What is not blatently obvious...and maybe because I am not an electrician, is that you need 120V to 12V Power converters equal to the amperage of the bulbs you will have in sequence.

Used these to re-wire Vista Pro metal low voltage landscape spotlights. Over time, hi-temp MR16 halogen bulbs kill the ceramic heads and fry the wiring. Recently switched to LEDs so hopefully that's the end of that.

Simple products like tis just have to work. These are good quality and are small which is useful in a lot of applications. I was looking for a bi-pin socket that had wires at a 90 degree angle, these have leads that can be bent one way to achieve this without compromising the connectiong or strength of the unit.

Didn't like these that much but great quality. Contacts too stiff.

Product quality was top notch. I replaced 2 old sockets with these units and landscape lights now stay on reliably. Wires and insulation were of good quality and easy to splice into old wiring. I am totally happy with this purchase.

I used them to retrofit some brick-lights outside on the wall by my pool and they work well and appear to be well made. Can't ask for more than that.
