For the above mentioned issues, this is the answer and has been for me for 5 years. I am not a fan of OTC meds at all, I always use Christophers products as they are the most processing conscious vendors and there is more to it but you need to be a master herbalist to understand those. husband took these to see if he could take this instead of the prostate medicine the dr put him on for difficulty urinating from a slightly enlarged but healthy prostate. (a common problem for older men) there were no side effects but he couldn't tell any difference in urination between taking this or taking the prescription/chemical the dr ordered. he isn't taking anything now and it is no worse. so it is difficult to say whether anything was really going to help. we trust dr c products and can only say to other men that it is worth a try. i am not addressing any other health problems....just the one my husband had. talk to your doctor or a naturopath. do research. don't just take my word for it.

Not sure how it works. We bought it for my husband's kidney stones. We paid extra for overnight and it did not come overnight. Would like a refund for that cost. I don't know how they work, because we haven't had them long enough
