Perfect for wig cosplay.
1st time using it and it worked amazing. I used it for wig making and it was more of a learning progress. Only downside is being careful where you squeeze. Ended up with a side puncture and it started leaking out because I had it squeezed too hard.

Fantastic glue with a warning
This glue is amazing. This solvent-based formula is hard to find in stores in the US, which is why I ordered it in Amazon. I wanted it for paper, and it works really well. But the solvent itself is a real problem for me.This original all-purpose UHU has a gel texture that is easy to smooth (unlike traditional rubber cement). It is solvent-based and not water-based, so it sticks lots of materials together and does not cause paper to warp or wrinkle (because there isn’t water). The solvent evaporates almost immediately, leaving you just enough time to slide stuff around a bit. But the evaporating solvent smells horrible and is really bad for your health. The “use with ventilation” advice is fine if you are outside and glue 2 things together quickly. Do not use it indoors with a window and a fan and try gluing several things over a period of time. It will make you sick. And I would never let a kid use this stuff.I ended up purchasing UHU solvent-free all-purpose adhesive to use for my project. I wanted to try this original formula first because it was the recommended glue, but I am pleased with the performance of the solvent-free version. I damaged my brain so you don’t have to! Buy this fantastic glue if you are careful about how you expose your skin and lungs to it.In short, if you are repairing a pair of shoes or working quickly outside or wearing a ventilator (seriously), this is the glue to use. It’s basically contact or rubber cement, with the benefit of having a useful gel texture. Otherwise, try to solvent-free version by UHU.

Favorite Glue
I’ve tried many glues in-between, but keep coming back to UHU, which I’ve used (on and off) since childhood. I like that it is clear, how it spreads, the 1 minute wait, and then putting the broken pieces together. I’ve used it on everything with great success (shoe soles, broken china, etc.) except some plastics, but that might have been my fault for (maybe) not doing it right. What else can one say about glue? It works and holds really well, and that’s good enough for me.

Beats e6000 for certain.
I got this because I’ve been getting into wig making for my cosplays and this was a recommended glue by a lot of cosplayers who make wigs. I got the sample version off of Amazon and I loved the results so much I purchased two large ones!Though I admit you need to be careful when working with it due to it being a glue that can be detrimental to your health, the results are perfect and my wig came out nice!I admit the smell made me think of those old balloon toys you’d get at the supermarkets as a child where you put putty on the end of a straw and blow to make a balloon. The company also offers a solvent free version which I also tried and thought was pretty decent, but wasn’t good for what I needed. I also like the durability of the packaging. Unlike E6000, the packaging for the glue doesn’t break after several uses!So overall, I’m definitely getting more in the future! This glue is a win in my book!
