🌧️ Turn your rain into a showstopper—because your home deserves the spotlight!
The Channel Link Rain Chain is an 8.5-foot long, black powder-coated aluminum rain chain designed to replace traditional gutter downspouts. Featuring 25 cups and an open-flow design, it ensures smooth water drainage while adding a decorative, tranquil water cascade. Easy to install with a no-tool V hook, it fits standard gutters and offers durable, weather-resistant performance.

Attractive and functional.
Easy to install and adjust length. Link-style rain chains are easy for roof-rats to climb up and down, but this barrel design in not liked by rodents for climbing. It helped solve a rodent problem.

Love the look
I used these on the front of one of my renovations in South Florida. I did not want gutters and these really complimented the entire look. I was vey happy with the result.

Looks pretty and it works
The media could not be loaded. I needed 3 black rain chains and I was working with a budget. These fit the bill. Simple to install, work very well. We did manage to break one of the chains but it was easy to repair. Very happy with the purchase. At some point I will get the gutters painted black to match the chains!

Ok Chain
The media could not be loaded. It’s a pretty looking rain chain, but it’s such a narrow chain that the water separates from the chain about half way down, so it splashes and doesn’t stay on the chain. My neighbors have a chain with larger bucket type receptacles and the water stays directly on the chain the entire way. Keep in mind my video was only about five feet high and the water started separating from the chain about two feet down the chain. I’m using this as a water feature so it would need to be refilled daily. If using to direct the flow of water somewhere, I’d recommend one with wider tubes/obstacles for the water to hit and run down.

Works
Worked as I expected from the description. It was also easy to modify in length if you have additional units.

Missing V hook
I purchased this rain chain for a new gutter. It was missing the v link. Very disappointed.

Funny if nothing else
The media could not be loaded. I bought the special downspout adapters and two of these rain chains. I spent an afternoon installing them. The attached video shows the result during a moderate rain: The rain doesn't even come close to the chain. I can see what some of the issues might be with the adapters, which are installed per the directions, but there's also design issues with the chain. If you have a lot of roof area to drain, this chain doesn't seem as big as others, and it seems less likely it will 'catch' the rain. This chain is also extremely light weight (which could be good or bad for your application); you will want an anchoring system. Finally, when forcing the water onto the chain, it's clear this design results in quite a bit of splashing. The splashing isn't an issue for my application (a cantilevered overhang on a shed), but I'd want this chain at least 16" away from my house or a structure I really cared about; you could do real damage to your home with this chain if a corner of your house happens to be in the splash radius. For reference in the photos/video: That's a tiny 4" k-style gutter; you can see how much smaller the chain is than the gutter.
