I purchased these for my newborn. She has prolonged jaundice. I read that vitamin D drops are recommended and her doctor said any breastfed baby should supplement with vitamin D. I’m not sure if it’s working but it’s very easy to use. I put one drop on my nipple and then I latch her. There must be no taste because she doesn’t pull away or anything. I wish all baby meds were this simple. The bottle looks a quarter full but it’s only 90 servings so maybe that’s why. We will see if I get 90 servings or not.

I love this product for my breastfed baby for a number of reasons. It’s organic, high-quality, comes in a glass bottle, helps ensure that my baby is getting the vitamin D she needs since she is exclusively breastfed, and it has also been 3rd party tested for heavy metals—tested clean!! This brand tested non-detect for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury. Finding an organic but also free from heavy-metal product is hard to do these days, but I feel so comfortable giving this to my baby knowing it is safe for her to consume while giving her the health benefits. For these reasons, it’s a GREAT value for the cost. My baby takes it by mouth without a problem, so there doesn’t seem to be an unsavory taste from what I can tell. Organic fractionated coconut oil is used as the carrier oil and it appears colorless. Also, the bottle will not be completely full when you receive it, that’s normal. It will be about half full. Your bottle will have 90 drops for 3 months of use. Serving size is 1 drop a day with 400IU per drop.

Easy to use

I have no way of knowing whether the contents are safe/good since I’m just a regular person and no scientist, but we’ve been using this daily and like it. I’ve been using this for about 3 months now, and my newborn doesn’t mind the drop at all. No changes/reactions in his poop. I did notice that if I give him the drop in the evening, he doesn’t sleep as well, so I only give it to him in the morning or latest by 3pm or so. If I miss the window, I personally would rather miss giving him his daily drop than risk him being too energetic to sleep. My only slight complaint is that the dropper drops at a glacial speed and my baby gets super annoyed as to why he isn’t being fed while I try to drop this on my nipple. It takes 5 seconds or so for one drop, and as you might know with a newborn, that’s like the difference between a “Mommy I’m hungry” cry to a “Mommy I am starving my tummy is eating itself why are you not feeding me” cry.

These are the only vitamin d drops I will buy because it's the only one I've found that the other inactive ingredients with it is organic coconut oil and nothing else. At least all of the other ones I looked at had seed oils or other things I wouldn't want to give to my baby. My only complaint is that the "dropper" is kind of annoying. It's a glass bottle so you don't squeeze it to get a drop out, you have to just hold it upside down until gravity eventually lets a drop fall through it. It is efficient I suppose because you won't accidentally get multiple drops coming out at once. I haven't noticed any upset stomach or gas as a side effect and I tasted it myself and there's no taste at all

I’m a repeat buyer! These are so great to give to nursing babies. I wish they came in even larger sizes though so I don’t have to keep buying bottles!

This is probably the most organic you can get store bought. With just one drop a day for our breastfed baby our pediatrician states that it’s enough with this amount it will last you about 3 months

Estas vitaminas se las recetó la pediatra a mi bebé, las estuve buscando en mi ciudad y aquí fue el único lugar donde las consegui. Leí algunos comentarios sobre que el envase viene con muy poco producto, efectivamente solo incluye 1/4 de producto con respecto al frasco; en el envase y el folleto viene especificado. Llego en la fecha programada y en buen estado.
