This battery fit my laptop perfectly. It holds a charge for a decent amount of time.

This battery works for the Dell Inspiron 1545. It gives a total of 3:45 min more battery life then stock battery I have. I currently was given a Dell inspiron laptop. I use Linux with it and turned it into a dvd media player. Battery life improved alot with this upgrade. Stock battery was going bad and roughly held a charge for 30min.

Fits good but charge doesn’t last as long as factory battery

I probably got a dud and based off the other 5 star reviews I'm probably a rare case of bad luck or something but this thing was an awesome replacement to an old battery but then it died after a week.The battery life and charge time was excellent while it was working.I was watching netflix with 70 percent battery and suddenly the laptop just shut off and would not turn back on. the battery indicator on the laptop was flashing red. plugged it in to AC and the battery health was poor and it would not charge and was reading 0%. took it out and let it sit for a few days before attempting to charge it with the laptop off. still nothing.
