Nice and squishy that reduces pounding on my feet during running.

Great product comfortable, and can be worn throughout the day.

These may work for others but it makes no sense to me how raising one’s heel gives them arch support. They really off when I tried them, all they did was made my heel ride higher in my shoe and put pressure in a funny spot at the back of the arch. For me these were not arch support at all. I returned them.

Walk daily and the inserts add more cushion and support. Help prevent my legs and feet from tiring.

I've been using them for years. At first I had to get used to the arch support, but I find wearing shoes without superfeet insoles that my feet hurt.
