A lot of Power in such a small package.
Great little Solar Panel.I purchased this to run my 5v 2w fan. Works Fantastically with this fan.To test this panel I charged my cellphone, which it did with no problem. It will not charge my Kindle but it does allow a slower discharge while watching videos (not sure this is good for the Kindle). I only use this for my fan anyway.I love this Solar Panel and I do plan on buying a couple more of these, just for backup.Great Seller! Fast Delivery and panel was well packaged and protected.I did not expect this panel to work as well as it does.

Defective item or bad design?
I ordered one of these based on a review I read here on AMZ. This item promises a voltage of no greater than 6V and around 500+ mA of current. This would charge most items I hoped to use it with and is somewhat in line with the USB 2.0 power delivery spec. Unfortunately, this item did not work. When connected directly in the sun, it would not charge my battery backup or any other product I connected it to (Note: I did not try a cellphone because I believe the listing stated it would not charge one). I plugged a little bulb/USB to it and it illuminated. I used my multimeter and found it was given off 7V (no load) and the current was less than 2mA! No wonder nothing was charging. I am about to send this defective item back. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if this product is simply poorly designed. I wanted to use it with a Eufy camera. I ended up biting the bullet and purchasing the ~$50 solar panel from Eufy. I figured that definitely will work. I have a few other solar panels from different brands (i.e. the larger fold / camping ones) and they charge all the items including my phone without any issues. Again, maybe I received a defective product. YMMV!

Charging my AA NiMH Batteries
I'm building a small array of solar panels to charge AA batteries. I live in Florida where I can expect power outages due to weather. The last time a hurricane cut off our electricity, I noticed my neighbor charging his phone in his SUV. You don't want to waste gas after a hurricane. My current set up is three Sunnytech® 3.5w 6v USB Mini Solar Panels (connected in parallel keeping the voltage at 6v) and four 2400mAh AA NiMH rechargeable batteries. I removed the USB connector from the panel and soldered on alligator clips. After charging, I insert the batteries into my Verbatim AA POWERPACK which has a USB out. I charge the four batteries till they measure 5.60 volts. A couple afternoons here in Florida seems to be enough time. Probably 10 hrs. Yesterday, I charged my iPhone 4 from 14% to 100% in around three hours with the Verbatim unit and one set of batteries. I am awaiting delivery on a 4th Sunnytech® 3.5w 6v USB Mini Solar Panel. I'm looking to get my batteries charged in a one day/afternoon session in the sun. With solar charged AA batteries, I can charge my iPhone, iPod, or put them right into my digital camera. I also intend to use my solar array when camping, as the AA battery charger I plug into my SUV's cigarette lighter is "rapid charger" that consistently ruined expensive sets of batteries by getting them too hot, too quickly.I did notice the plastic cap on the rear of the solar panel came loose when it got hot, but it revealed a small circuit with a blocking diode. I don't have to worry about damaging these solar panels when it gets dark with batteries connected. Eventually, I plan to devise a way to mount the solar panels so they fold up neatly for storage.

Check power on the leads if no power likely not wired correctly on the back of the panel
Wiring on the back was incorrect ie zero power due to being connected to the wrong spot on the panel. Easy fix. Decent quality. I used this to replace a $7 3watt panel that lasted 3 years outside. It powers my Ring camera. Zero issues. The old panel got foggy and dropped to 4v on full sunny days. This new 6w panel does 7v easily in full sun.I can up the amount of recording features now and keep battery levels charged.

False Amperage Rating DEFECTIVE
Ordered 2 panels, and they both only gave a max of 30 milliamps even though its rated at 500+ mA. They are a waste of money and will take *forever* to charge anything. I've seen similar reviews for this brand on other solar panels as well and I hoped they were just unlucky but when I get two solar panels and neither work, I will pay more attention to reviews next time.

Voltage and wattage is fabulous for size & price!
Just received these today, took only two weeks to come which is way better than the four weeks I was expecting! I understand that sometimes these overseas shipments can get hung up in customs or something.Just tested out the two panels I received and they all appear to work great. I will be incorporating them in projects soon. The USB connector makes it really easy to connect and disconnect with the USB pigtail I have.Quality looks outstanding, I may well be ordering more!

Poor Quality, but perform as listed.
The quality is very lacking. I purchased 2 panels. One came in chipped that was there from manufacturing (not fresh and had been sealed. The other had one of the wires torn off the back. Tore out the hot glue and resoldered the lead, hot glued it back together and it's working. They do perform as prescribed as best my limited testing showed.
