This is a great product!! Just make sure you exfoliate your face and do not put anything on your face before using. Also make sure you clean the head it can get clogged fast. Sounds like the battery is dying when it is clogged. Just clean and away you go. For those of you who wear glasses and find it hard to see the hair that needs plucking this is for you. Also, remember to pull your skin tight to get a smooth result.

First use very impressed. It is precise enough for clean brow lines, no pain, no mess. I have sensitive skin and as I get older my skin gets thinner. This allows for safe removal of stray eyebrow hair and trimming. I also used it on my upper lip with superb results. I’ll be back for more as gifts!

I just received some days and used it. So it does get you close to your brow line and gets those tough to remove areas although I had to go over it a few times. It does get hot quickly. But overall, I'm happy I got it. Hopefully, it'll last for a while. I bought the warranty so I'm okay.

Okay, I just had to leave a product review on this. I docked it one star for price because that is a ridiculous price but this thing actually works! I love it! You can use it just like a little pen and go around eyebrows, on eyelids, around lips and chin. I get these kind of very fine short hairs around the corners of my mouth (I'm sure they are supposed to be there to serve a purpose but they are unsightly). Only I can see them with a magnifying mirror but they bother me. I can use this tool to easily "erase" them without pulling or snagging my sensitive lip area. I even have kind of crepey eyelids (I know this review makes me sound REALLY attractive) and if you kind of pull your eyelid taught, this glides right over the eyebrow area without catching on your lid. I cannot believe this thing works. If you get one, don't be alarmed by the awful packaging. It is all in broken english and says "this won't hurt you!" The bottom line is, it doesn't hurt! And it leaves baby soft little smooth areas of skin where you want to delicately remove hair!
