These multi vitamins really works, I recommend

I've yet to find a perfect multi-vitamin, but this is certainly a worthy one. Warning however: This multi-vitamin contains egg and fish (hake), so if you have allergies, look for another. What's Good? 1) Overall it has a very comprehensive panel of nutrients. 2) The B vitamins are in methylated form which means they will be more bio-available than standard B v8tamins which are not methylated. Especially if you have the MTHFR gene mutation (common), you will need to take B vitamins in methylated form or your body will not absorb them. 3) There's no real taste or smell to these and they are easy enough to swallow for most of us. What's Not So Good? 1) For my tastes, the selenium, zinc, and chromium content is a bit high considering that we will be getting additional amounts of those nutrients from other places throughout the day. Still, if this is the only supplement you decide to take, and your diet in generally deficient, this is a good way to get what you may be lacking. 2) Given the healthy B vitamin content in this multi, I thought it could replace my usual B Complex (Thorne Basic B). However, I was not feeling like it was sufficient to buffer my stress levels, so I am still taking additional B vitamins. 3) There is very little difference between this formulation for men over 40 and the regular men;'s formulation. I would have liked there to be some discernible differences in case I decided to "downgrade" to the regular formula. Overall though, a good formula and I will continue to take it unless and until I find something better.
