Been using Digest More for many years and works great. I don’t like that they changed the color of the capsules and seems to take longer to work.

This formula is all right, if you don't eat a lot of fat.It's decently high in proteases and amylases, so if you are eating a meal with protein and carbs, it should help. It has a variety of enzymes in each of those categories, so it's pretty complete in that regard.However, this formula is very low in lipase. I normally take closer to 5000 FIP with a meal, and this formula only contains 190 FIP. That's just way too weak for someone like me who is on a low carb diet which will naturally be higher in fat. Renew Life has other products with way more lipase and I recommend those if you consume more fat.
