Every fixture is different
It was a challenge figuring out how to mount this new tombstone in my particular fixture as the original one was shaped completely different. Once I got it figured out to where it was functional it works and holds the light pins well. I do like the way it locks when turning the tube in.

If you study how the old ones are installed these 'pop' right in. Actually, they are impossible to distinguish from the originals.

Caught fire!
Installed these in my kitchen and the next day one of them caught fire and melted.

I am using these exactly as specified. 240v circuit, 18 watt T8 flourescent tubes with electronic ballast. These required some modding (removing plastic stud guides from base) as I have screwed these directly into a plywood panel base. So far no problems and they work fine.
