You don't need cables to plug the card into your pc - you plug the card into the PCI-E slot, then use firewire cable to connect the card and you DV camcorder

Does this card come with or have available online Win10 drivers? I couldn't find a web site for the manufacturer.

Will adobe premier recognize this card for capturing video from a mini dv camera?

yes it did recognize it, but not until i replaced the cable that came with the card . After that Premier worked just fine
