MIG/MAG Gasless Welder - 120 A The control panel of the FCAW (flux-cored arc welding) device is very user-friendly, making it easy to operate. As with many MIG/MAG welders, the wire feeder is operated using a continuously adjustable dial with which you can set the speed to between 1 and 10, according to your needs. The flux core welder is extremely compact. All of the cables are integrated into the device and can be used immediately. The spool for the flux-cored wire is mounted inside the housing and the wire is fed to the torch from there. The wire used should have a diameter of 0.8 or 0.9 millimetres. The housing is equipped with a handle, making the welder especially easy to carry for mobile use. Because there is no shielding gas required, you can also use the transformer-based machine outdoors, even in windy conditions. The flux welder has a powerful fan for optimally regulating the operating temperature. However, if the device does get too hot, the overheat protection ensures the required safety during operation.
