I mainly use this for pancakes or tortillas so the stove is not very hot when I use it. The enamel paint got stuck to my glass stove top, ruining it. The stove was brand new but now it is scratched from me trying to peel off the enamel from the skillet and the enamel remains. You can match up the marks on the stove top with the bottom of the skillet.

Due to limitations from Rheumatism, I could no longer use my beloved set of cast iron cookware. After lots of research, I decided to purchase the entire set of Ayesha Curry cookware and bakeware ( Brown Sugar/Copper) and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision!The design is very stylish, from large to small the pieces are all lightweight, they heat up incredibly fast and NOTHING STICKS!Additionally, cleanup is a breeze; no scrubbing or overnight soaking needed.I just purchased a similar set for my 84 year old mother and she's thrilled as well.

So far so good! I was nervous about cooking eggs because of the textured surface but they turned out beautifully, no butter needed! I love that it maxes out the surface area of my burner and I will probably buy another one. Wipes clean with a paper towel.

Beautiful I love it..I am an Ayesha Curry fan. The only thing I wish I could tell her is that the handle gets extremely hot I have to use oven mitts.

Handles get super hot, I have a blister from the handle! I had it on medium heat.... my children even burnt themselves. Otherwise they are great for cooking and clean easily.
