You get lead free solder with it, which is quite useless. Wire is too stiff, so you have to pay attention when placing the gun, even if you're placing it in the holder. I burned the wire on mine because of this, thankfully it didn't short out. Comes with everything you'd need to learn soldering, including a wick including flux and a wick, but it's not very useful for soldering anything practical. Also you can't solder on PCBs with this, because the tip is too big to be accurate enough and the solder isn't very strong. Mainly got this because the battery in my 4G router was bulging and I wanted to replace that with a simple 5V USB cable, but the project got super frustrating by the end because I couldn't solder accurately enough and the weak solder wouldn't hold the wires. It worked but took a lot of time, mostly because of this shoddy soldering gun. Skip this if you want anything actually productive.

OK for small work, The wick was bad quality but overall ok product. If you get the time insulate the wiring.
