The best sleeping mask I ever brought. I have difficulty sleeping, but when I put this sleep mask on I immediately feel relaxed, large part due to beaded weight, how the mask sets on your face, the shape, and how well it keeps cool during use. Additionally, I notice less puffiness and dark circles. The mask works well blocking light from hitting your eyes. Worth every penny.

I've definitely known about eye masks before but they never seemed to have the impact promised. Until a friend gave me a bean bag eye pillow that gave me the best sleeps in so long. I began searching and found this. Pure magic! The mask sits so nicely on your face. It has a beautiful weight without feeling too heavy.Over the past year, I've been incorporating castor and argon oils into my daily details. I've begun using a cut out castor oil mask along with the eye pillow after I put on my castor solution and I love the results: full, deep sleep; lower allergy responses during high allergy season, and just the feeling of your body being well rested. Mad peace.

Got this yesterday and threw it in the freezer (in a zip lock as suggested, and I agree with them and highly recommend!) for a couple hours. Pulled it out and laid down with it on for a bit. It arrived at the right time, I am fighting a fever off and on and last night I was miserable. When chilled this perfectly fits and cools your forehead as well as your temples and top of the cheeks all while not smooshing your eyes. You can rest this over your eyes and it sits loosely, but I prefer it with the band around my head. With the band securely around your noggin you get a slight pressure that is oddly pleasing. The band is not tight and you really don't even notice it. As I relaxed and my fever started to disappear I got in to sleepy mode and rolled to my side, I was pleased to discover the mask stayed in place.When on there is a bit of light that sneaks up around my nose, but that could just be the way it fits me and will not be true for everyone. Since there is something on my face to encourage my eyes to be closed it isn't that big of a deal. I actually don't mind it because if I were to fall asleep and wake up with it still on I'd get a bit of light and it would remind my sleepy brain it is on, and not cause a moment of panic that I can't see.I plan on getting my mom and sister each one for their birthday's I like mine so much!**UPDATE** I ended up ordering two more sooner than I had expected (mom and sister), they both received them and tried them out and they are also fans.I got sick after I got this and it is AMAZING if you have a fever. Stick it in the freezer (in a plastic baggy) for an hour and it is enough to provide needed relief. The strap holds it perfectly so that it sits right where you would want a cool rag to. I am 100% happy with this item!

This is the best sleep mask that I’ve tried! It’s comfortable and stays put for the most part. Mine has the narrower strap, and there’s definitely room for improvement there.

This sleep mask was recommended by subscribers to the Migraine World Summit. I am so glad I took their advice. It's the best sleep mask I've ever owned and I've owned a lot of them. It's not stiff like some or tight. It keeps the light out completely (so much so that I can't tell it's morning if I'm wearing it!). It keeps cool and molds to your eyes and face. The beads inside don't shift to become uneven because of the smart way that the mask is sewn. I love the slightly weighted feel, especially when I have a migraine and I need some counter pressure to relieve the pain. It keeps amazingly cool just by being in an air conditioned room but you can make it cooler by putting it in the fridge or cold by putting it in the freezer. Thank you to the designers of this mask, finally someone got it right!

I tried a compression pain relief mask, and it has been somewhat helpful for relieving some tension around my eyes and forehead. The mask is made from soft, comfortable material, and I like that it offers both compression and cold therapy, which can be soothing when I have a headache or sinus discomfort. The universal size fits okay, and it stays in place decently well when I lie down, which is a plus.However, I did find that it doesn’t completely block out light, which would have been helpful when I’m using it to rest in a bright room. The cold therapy is effective, but the mask doesn't stay cold for as long as I had hoped, so I end up having to refreeze it more often than expected. It also takes a little time to adjust the compression to the right level, and I wish there were more options for customization.Overall, while the mask does offer some relief, it's not a perfect solution for all types of pain. It works well for brief periods of relaxation, but I find that it’s not as effective as other products for long-lasting pain relief. It’s a decent option to have on hand for mild headaches or sinus pressure, but I wouldn’t rely on it for more severe symptoms.
