These are fricken amazing! I’ve been missing out on chow mein since starting a low carb diet but have it once a week with these <3 hope I can find them back in the US

If you absolutely positively want a low-carb substitute for pasta, this works. With practically no flavor of its own, it adds bulk to the pasta sauce. It ain't real pasta, but then that's why you're eyeballing it to begin with. I did notice that it released a lot of water into the sauce even after it was sautéed briefly but that didn't ruin dinner. Give it a try.

These were TERRIBLE tasting. I expected them to take on the spices put with them but they were a gunky mess.
