The screws and raw plugs are too small so to counter this, I inserted smaller raw plugs into the large ones, inserted the screws and hammered in until the screws were most of the way in and then screwed them in. Worked a treat. Extremy sturdy now with this extra DIY effort and looks great. To the seller: I would highly recommend reassessing your raw plugs and screws for future customers.

One of our beds was broken, they replied to my communication straight away and a replacement was dispatched the next day. Arrived complete and exceptionally well packaged. Nice idea but our cats won't use the bridge. They jump from shelf to shelf and miss the bridge out.

As a cat, I was a little apprehensive at first, but my humans put a few treats put on it for me to get and now I cross the bridge with no problems. I think it purfect.

Took this out of the box and everything seemed in place and ready to go. Once i started putting it together i instantly could tell it was of poor build quality. It wants you to attach the ladder to the bottom of the two shelfs via some pretty short screws into pre cut holes. Once the screws are through the holes theres about 1/4 inch (being generous) to bore into the wooden shelf..the screw head at the other side also sat on top of the wood no matter how hard i tried to screw it in and the 2 support brackets also split at the ends with the screws in them. Over all even if this had went together no problem i still wouldn't have been confindent that this would hold my average sized cats weights due to how it's constructed. Poor product for the money.

Really sturdy and well made cats love it

I saw it and instantly liked it. But I ran into quite a few issues installing it. The screws for mounting the bridge to the wood, definitely need to be longer, or the wood plates need to be countersunk so the screws go in deeper, due to this I had to mount ontop rather than underneath. The screws for the wall mount were miles to long and thin surprisingly. Left a little rattle once attached. Replaced with better screws.

My kittens love this as they love climbing on the wall fixtures. It is very sturdy, no wobbles or anything. Not worried about it coming off the wall and both kittens can be on there no problem. I personally wanted it in a different colour so I bought chalk grey paint and painted it myself, it took quite a few layers but was well worth it to have it match the rest of the furniture

Le système ne tient pas, pourtant le mur est en béton. Il faudrait rajouter un système de vissage perso avec des vis plus longs. Bof. Retour à l'expéditeur.

Le viti sono troppo corte per agganciarlo al muro, per cui non regge il peso neanche di un gattino
