I have IBSC. Unable to go to the bathroom. I eat 1/2 cup these every morning with some blueberries and milk. Plus I eat two prunes before bed. After using magnesium citrate one day I was able to go to the bathroom and after that I continued the above routine. I have never found anything that works as well as this. And I’ve struggled for years with this, trying various things that only cause problems. And they stay crispy and milk, even if it sits there for quite a while they’re super crunchy in the beginning so sometimes I just let them sit in the milk. I was desperate to get it so I paid the price on Amazon and it was a small little box for like $13.50. It was imported from Canada! 🇨🇦

My favorite way to get things moving

I bought the cereal thinking it would be healthy, but they were far more sugars in it than I expected. On top of the nutrition label there was a sticker with different macros, completely different from what was on the box itself. The cereal ended up in the trash.

Got this on a vet recommemdation to add to my puppies diet. It works well. I tried some with Greek yogurt. Good taste but far less expensive at Walmart!

This cereal is the only brand that has worked for me. It's crunchy so I let it sit in milk for a bit to soften.

The amount of fiber is misleading as the serving size is larger than what they sell in the grocery store which is cheaper.

Have added this product to my cereal, yogurt or cottage cheese. Pleasant taste and good for you.

This is my primary source of fiber. These are great as a compliment to cereal. I normally use 75% of the recommended cereal serving size and replace the caloric equivalent with All Bran Buds. They taste pretty bland, so you won't notice them when you add them to cereal. The wife uses them when she blends up workout smoothies and she loves it. Another great use is for filler in hamburgers to hold them together. They add a bit of weight to the burger without any additional flavor and really help the burger stick together.

This is a product I eat for breakfast every day. It cannot be beat for the amount of fiber you get in an 80 calorie serving. However, it is next to impossible to find on sale. By ordering several boxes at one time, I not only get the best price possible, but it is delivered to my door for free as well. I will continue to buy it this way as long as the price remains stable.
