KleenWater Brand Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System Replacement, Culligan AC-30 Compatible Filters, Cartridges, 3 Filter Set

This was the first time that I used a non Culligan filter set and I was very happy with the results. The fit was just like the original factory units but at a fraction of the price. The filters have been in use for a couple months now and are performing perfectly well. The polishing filter,which is the one inline in the water line and not in the housing is larger than the Culligan model but this should not affect you as it attaches to flexible line. The connections are fine,it is just longer. Note that the set doesn't include the reverse osmosis filter that you change every few years so if that one is due as well you'll need to get it separately.Just a tip too....my water flow was weak and I thought it might be from blockage as I was overdue for the new filters, but it turned out the air bladder in the holding tank was low so I had to pump that up, which is an easy process,but not something you always might think of.

The product seems to be similar to the originals that are nearly 3 times as expensive. I installed them as I install the OEM ones by following the sanitizing process using bleach. However, there was a strange earthy taste to the water for a few days but, over the use of several days now the water tastes just fine. I think one of the filters here is a little differently made compared to the OEM. Where as the OEM it seems is made of some fiber wound around forming a tube, this is some filter paper like porous material forming the tube. Maybe this is the cause of the initial taste?It works fine now.

These seem to be working fine. Rated 4 inlet because the actual filters are not the same shape as those pictured. The ones I received are flat on the bottom. Does not seem to be an issue.

Despite the picture showing a extension at the bottom of the two larger filters like the original Culligan filters, the product received did not have that bottom extension as pictured. I expect is may not impact the filtering capability but I selected this item over others based on the incorrect picture shown.

After the mfg sent the downsized tube connections (from 2/3rds to 1/4 qt), it works fine.

The only negative thing I heard was Culligan will not honor their system if you use other products. It's not rocket science and I'm ok with the major savings.

I was worried about using the, but they worked fine. I have a TDS meter and my water is exactly where it should be.

Good quality filters. Perfect fit. Good price compared to local suppliers. Handy to have on hand when you need them.
