Great Everyday Shoes
I absolutely love these shoes. They fit perfectly and are true to size, which made ordering super easy. The comfort is a big standout, I can wear them all day for long periods without my feet feeling tired or sore. The material is also very easy to clean, which is a huge plus for everyday wear. They’re supportive, well-made, and feel durable. I like them so much that I own two pairs, one in black and one in white, and both have held up great. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about these shoes. Comfortable, reliable, and stylish enough for daily use. I’d definitely recommend them.

Quality at a lower price!
I love these New Balance, have worn them for many, many years. Plenty of room for toes, supportive and hold up well. I add orthotic insoles because I walk on the inside of my right heel & have flat feet. Roomy enough for those inserts and comfortable for all day and they hold up really well. I watch for them to go on sale and get them at 50% off so are an extra great price! I like the fact they are leather (better support than a knitted fabric). I highly recommend them.

Great sneakers
I really like these shoes, they are very comfortable and lightweight on my feet. They are made of a nice leather so they are easy to clean and they have a hard rubber bottom so they have a good grip on the floors. The size and length is as described. I bought the pink pair and they are very pretty and stylish. I wear them everything I need to do alot of walking.

Pretty decent.
More durable than most of my previous shoes and a lot more comfortable—though they do seem to go flat at the bottom pretty fast. They still give a bit of support though. I Have to look for supportive shoes because my feet regularly hurt otherwise.

Bought these for my wife and she literally hasn’t taken them off for two weeks
I surprised my wife with the New Balance Women’s 608 V5 in the white/white color (size 8 Medium) because her old walking shoes were falling apart and she’s on her feet all day as a nurse. She opened the box, slipped them on, and immediately said “these feel like clouds.” Two weeks later she’s still wearing them 10–12 hours a day at work and then straight to errands after her shift. Here’s what she (and I) love: Cushioning is insane – the ABZORB heel and forefoot padding plus the thick EVA midsole make standing on hard hospital floors actually bearable. She used to come home with sore arches and lower back pain; now she says it’s night-and-day better. True to size and wide-foot friendly – she normally wears 8M but sometimes needs Wide in other brands. These fit perfectly right out of the box, no break-in pain at all. Support without being stiff – the dual-density collar foam and the internal shank keep her stable during long shifts and quick turns, yet they still flex naturally when she walks the dog. Leather upper looks clean and professional enough for work (white stays surprisingly clean with just a baby wipe), but they’re comfortable enough for weekend jeans too. Lace-up design locks her foot in place so no heel slip, even after 12-hour shifts. Excellent traction – the rubber outsole grips tile, linoleum, and even wet sidewalks without feeling clunky. She’s already told three coworkers to order the exact same pair, and two of them have. I just added a second pair to the cart in grey so she has a backup when these eventually wear out (though they still look brand new). If your wife (or you) spends all day on your feet and needs something supportive that doesn’t look like an orthopedic shoe, these 608 V5s are pure magic. Worth every single penny. Five huge stars from both of us!

Very comfy with different insoles put in
I picked up a pair of these a couple years ago, only the pink ones instead. I got my usual size 9 1/2 wide. They fit perfectly. They were comfy, the width was almost perfect. So I got this second pair mainly for my job. We have to wear composite toe shoes, and they are destroying my feet and toes. I've tried everything to make them work, but it's just not happening. I have to wear croc type shoes at home just so my feet can recover on my days off. So I found an alternative that would allow me to wear regular tennis shoes like these fortunately. I had to get a size 10 due to my destroyed feet and toes, and got the wide width. These are really working out good. On my feet 10-12 hours a day, hard concrete flooring. I did have to put in different insoles though, the original ones in the shoe are too firm. Just put in a 9.00 pair I got from wallyworld. Once I changed those out, they are almost perfect. They're sturdy and firm, support is good, width is fairly decent-I can wiggle my toes easily. And most importantly, no foot or toe pain anywhere. Couldn't ask for anything better.

They look great, but are heavy and slippery
I used to only wear New Balance until they stopped making as many narrow options (I have a true narrow foot). I had been looking for a cross trainer as I can't run any more due to an old injury and thought these were an affordable option. I currently use these to walk to the gym (just under a mile), workout for an hour, and take the bus back home (sometimes walking around, running errands in between). They are just comfortable enough for that time frame, where if I wear them longer, I experience pain in my foot (normal for me, but I can decrease the pain with good shoes, for me the best have been Br00ks). Unfortunately, these are INCREDIBLY slipper and slightly heavy. I live somewhere where it rains a lot, I have better grip in my sandals walking down the hill to the main road than I do in these. I have almost slipped so many times in these it's ridiculous. I decided today that if it is raining or has recently rained, I cannot wear these to the gym and have to wear my C0nverse or flip flops to the gym and then change there. I like the style and have gotten many compliments on them, so while they serve their purpose, they aren't my favorite for comfort or walkability.
