Walmart does not have sugar free jello coconut pie filling. I make 2 pies at a time by mixing 4 cups stevia, 6 tbl flour, 6 eggs mix and boil. Then add 2 caps vanilla extract with 1/4 stick melted butter and a2 cups coconut. Stir well and pour into pie plates. Toast a half sheet of lavash bread and crumble in bowl and place a piece of cooled pie and a dash of fat free cool whip and your in business with low calorie and low carb.
