These sliders were much larger than I expected. My fault for not paying close attention to the advertised pics. The sliders take up more than half the models foot in length and width. Not what I'm looking for. Although I cannot attest to it's usefulness, the sliders did come in a protective bag with prompt prime shipping.

Excellent. Had them for a week
Excellent. Had them for a week, used them almost everyday on linoleum and carpet at the gym and they work very well. They seem very durable as well though time will tel. I would definitely recommend them.

Sticks Too Much On Hardwood
Four stars for the size which can accommodate a foot better, but they are too sticky on the hardwood side...the logo is printed with some semi-adhesive. Maybe that may wear down over time. For hardwood, I'm going with another maker. Carpet side works great.

Great product and great price!
I hesitated about this product because it was so inexpensive but so far so good. They work best on carpet- especially the kind you find in offices and lobbies. I e had less luck using the soft side on hard floors. I'm worried it will scuff hard wood floors and I tried on a gym floor surface which was a little too sticky but I'm happy to use the hard side on soft surfaces. I suggest using them without sneakers as that will eventually scuff the soft surface. Socks work well and bare feet are ideal so you get a little more traction.There are several obvious exercises you can do from the plank position- sliding legs apart and together; pulling feet forward in a pike motion; mountain climbers; and single bent legs- you can bring your knee to the opposite side to work the obliques. These are all great for targeting the abdominals and engaging quads and hamstrings.I don't like using the gliders under my hands because it feel uncomfortable on my wrists. There are also a lot of standing exercises I've found such as speed skater and side lunge and for a total body exercises try spreading legs in a straddle stance and sliding them back together to standing! This requires total body engagement!I'm very satisfied using this product on carpeted surfaces. It's easy to travel with and I like the bag so that they don't get scuffed up in transport.

These are great and sturdy sliders. They aren’t flimsy like your standard sliders. Great price for a great product!

KILLS ABS!!!
Best AB/CORE I've used so far. Really makes you engage all of your muscles during the workouts!!! I'm super sore as I'm typing, but it's a great thing to feel results. Now I'm looking forward to seeing them as well!!

Not as slippery as others I've had
not as slippery as I had hoped. The amount of friction that they have on carpet doesn't engage stabilizing muscles as much.
