The first one lasted 7 years of continuous use. Downtime in that period was 11days. The longevity is there.

Received what looks to be a used pump. Water stains and packaging riped open.

pretty amazing pump. the ability to change settings both through software and usb, and on the device itself. the oled screen looks good as well.

Pump is basically dead after a month. Pump is in constant low voltage alarm no matter what. Right outside my return window as well. Switched to an EK D5 and it works as expected.Edit: While this information came months ago, it's best you know before you purchase, that your warranty options for this after the 1 month Amazon return window will be limited. Aquacomputer is a German company with no customer service options in North America. So a warranty request to the manufacturer will require shipping to and from Germany to the US. This will cost a fair amount in shipping costs, and the time will also be substantial.On a whim, I tried contacting Performance PC's directly through their website, given that they are a big dealer in the aftermarket PC parts, and they are unable to offer support to items sold on their Amazon store.Be aware when picking up this pump.

This is *NOT* a new pump. There are water spots and scuffs on the impeller, the supporting cardboard is ripped, the pump is not in any kind of protective plastic and there's no screen protector on the display, which is scratched. BEWARE.
