Cats love it! It doesn't turn into dust right away. The cubes hold their shape. I like the minimal processing which shows up in the quality of the product.

I buy these treats often from Petsmart. They are more expensive and the majority of them are wood type pieces. I literally search the bag for the foam like pieces that my sweet boy loves. When I received this bag from Amazon,, I was the happiest person ever!! The ENTIRE bag is bright pink soft foamy pieces and my kitty loves it!! This seller is the very best!! High quality product. 1/2 inch salmon cubes with NO skin. I grind it up and mix with pumpkin purée (1 tablespoon purée with 1 tablespoon ground salmon). Excellent for eliminating hairballs as the purée mixture softens cats stool. Vet recommended process. Cats love the mixture once a day.Do not buy Pure Bites dehydrated salmon. Skin makes up a portion of that product. Poor quality.

Something changed since the last bag I bought. They are smaller, less pink, less flaky (harder to break into smaller pieces). Not sure if the recipe or processing changed. They smell fine though and my cats still liked them. They are expensive, but I am particular about what I feed my cats. I just look for specials.

My difficult cat loves these. Cubes are large so cut them up and add a small bit of water. Cats need moisture for kidney health. I have these treats for a diabetic cat. All protein and no carbs.

I have purchased this exact brand and product in the past and the salmon had a healthy pink-orange color and a flaky consistency that could easily be broken apart by hand.The latest bag I purchased had large cubes (about an inch) that could never be eaten by a cat unless it is a mountain lion or puma. The color was off, like a hot pink, and they were as hard as rocks. I tried smashing them apart for consumption and it was nearly impossible.After finally going a little passionately aggressive with a meat cleaver on a cutting board I managed to smash a few into smaller pieces. All 5 cats who were formerly obsessed with these treats turned their nose up at these.Thinking that this bag must have been contaminated with something to cause this, I contacted Amazon for a replacement only to be told these can’t be returned or replaced. What?? That’s what I get for not reading the small print.I wrote the company asking what the difference in this bag could possibly be, because at $33 this is a luxury that I’m not willing to just ignore, and I have not yet received a response.I won’t be purchasing these anymore because at $33 for cat treats I can’t risk another bag of rocks that can’t be replaced. First world problems, I know.Update: It has now been 1.5 weeks and the company never responded to my question about why the quality of this bag was different. Disappointing customer service to say the least.

Delicious! BUT very dry; TOO dry. Make cats cough and choke a little bit. Too big for the cats' mouths. BUT THEY LOVE THEM!I've tried wetting them, cutting them, giving it near their water bowl...I ultimately won't buy them again because the treats are high maintenance.
