powerful heater
recently the weather gets colder and colder, and we don't wanna turn the fireplace on, there is too much work for it. we decided to buy a big heater fan instead of fireplace for living room, and found this great one. it still looks like the regular fireplace if you don't look at it carefully, but it was so much easier to work with. all you need is the remote to control ,don't need to worry about how to light up the gas fireplace anymore, much safer. we all enjoy it very much. recommend.

Good fireplace, but some drawbacks
This is a good fireplace and looks pretty realistic especially for the money - but it has some issues.1) The beeping sound when you turn the fireplace on or change the settings is absurdly loud. If anyone is sleeping in your house you cannot use the fireplace, it will wake them up. If you live in an apartment it will almost certainly annoy your neighbors. Not sure why they did this.2) They’ve programmed the light to go through cycles of dim and bright every 5 seconds or so. I’ve never seen an actual fire do this, and it makes it look much less realistic, almost tacky. There’s no advantage of this. It’s the one aspect that lets you immediately tell that it’s not a real fire. And there’s no way to turn it off.

Great little heater, what I was looking for
We use this little heater for our bedroom so we donot have to raise the temperature for the whole house . My bedroom is around 100sqft and I feels warmer within 10mjns when I turn it on. It's compact and quiet .

Attractive Heater
Nice heater, love the 3 D view. Good value, though no extras like a remote. I have used for almost a month. Heats a 10 x 15 room well.

loud shrill beep with any button push
I wanted to like the unit as it looks great and is slightly cheaper than others, but any time you press any button to turn it on, adjust heat, adjust flame, etc it emits a loud, shrill beep similar to a smoke detector. I ended up returning for a different brand

A good value for its price.
The heater is a great product for home, it allows to mount on the wall, or on rollers, keeps the house warm nicely. The heart blows out heart softly, with a simple to use design, easy installation, and operation. My husband uses it in the garage, even the place is big, but this heater can help to make it warm fast. A good value for its price.

I got this heater for grandma as Christmas present, she said it heats up pretty quickly, it’s small and portable. She likes to use it in her bedroom when she goes to bed, or in the living room use watching TV.

Beautiful flame effect. Mine had noise issues but was resolved by seller.
This is a nice unit for the money. Absolutely gorgeous flame effect. I had a problem with mine though, it had a very loud hum. Even behind a glass insert. All the reviews I read said it was super quiet so figured it is just a defect. I contacted the seller and he responded very quickly and was eager to make things right. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction! Great customer service which is rare now a days.
