This product works great

I suffered from sinus issues for years as a younger man. About 13 years ago I was diagnosed with PAN sinus disease. Severely inflamed sinuses basically. 2 sinus surgeries later and several years more of sinus issues. My ENT had prescribed various meds and they failed to properly help me fight off re occurring infections. Finally he told me to start taking some sinus sprays once a day to help open the airways. I asked about the long term use and he advised in my particular situation that the benefits would surpass the negatives. I tried several other brands and they failed to touch my still moderately inflamed sinuses. Even the regular strength Afrin fails to help me out. The only help is the Sever Congestion spray. If you follow me around you'll find I have bottles in my vehicle and my suitcase. I usually use it once in the am and maybe once in the evening if I need it to allow for easier breathing. It's very strong! Don't need much of a squirt at all. Preferred type bottle not found in stores much anymore, because better product flow. Not as moisturizing but overall still plan to buy more in the future.

Menthol is the ONLY thing that helps clear my brutal sinus and just a tiny sniff of this works wonders! However, why the heck is this type so difficult to obtain now? You can't find it for sale anywhere on Amazon anymore!

I have severe allergies and this product just doesn't work for me.

I have used this for a long time and it works so fast! I prefer the "spray" instead of the "pump" style. The pump style does not release enough to help and it seems not to have much medicine in the bottle to last a month. The spray lasts much longer. Even though it can be a little higher than other nose spray, it works faster and lasts longer. It's the only one I will buy.

This is so far the best nasal spray I tried for years. When I sleep on my chest, the left nose get stuffy in half a hour. If I spray this before I sleep, it let me breeze through the night till morning without clogging nasal.

It is the only spray that will help. After 2 operations the doctor said just use it.
