I pronate especially in one of my sandals. I glued the clear one in my sandal and am very happy with the results.

I have purchased these multiple times and want to point out that there are TWO very different styles. One 3-pack shaped more like an l” or “1” includes a transparent gel and two suede-like pairs (beige and black). They are thinner than the other style. The other style is thicker and larger, shaped like a curve, as well as has raised dots. Some may like the mini-massage these may provide, but others of us (myself included) find it feels likes pebbles under our heels. Not comfortable for my plantar fasciitis! The thinner pairs are great for me, except I don’t like the transparent pair. I personally find my heel tends to slip on these, and my foot gets sweaty in summer sandals. So I’m saying I very much like the 3-pack, but only the two suede pairs. I don’t use the transparent ones unless I can put under a separate insole, so that my heel isn’t in contact with the gel transparent/slippery pair. For my supination, the inserts work great. I have them in ALL my shoes, boots and indoor slippers. No more twisting my ankle (happened about twice a week!), and no more uneven wear on the outside of the soles. I assume they’d work similarly for pronation.

I like this product more than some others I have tried. They easily fit inside the shoe and the adhesive keeps them in place very well. I’ve used them for several months and I can tell they are working.

glue not all that great, but nothing a little duct tape can't fix, otherwise these work great for me, hope they do for you too! I got the gel squid looking one, they tend to hurt a little on the heal, so I just move them higher, which works better your still not sliding off the the outs, keeps your foot straight without the pain that everyone is talking about, give them a try and adjust them that is comfortable for you, I will for sure be buying more of these,

These did not fix my over supination problem. I have rolled my ankles out my entire life and have been searching for an affordable way to fix it as custom insoles are too expensive for me. These only changed the roll at the back outside portion of my heel, not my entire foot. That meant the pain just changed places from the upper ankle to the foot. My ankle didn't roll but my foot still did which made the side of my foot hurt. These are tapered on the edges to make them more comfortable but that taper just makes them have less area to fix my roll. I would not buy again for supination problems. The adhesive stuck to the shoes if they were not fabric. The fabric insides of the shoes made it hard to get the sticky to stick.
