Good evening dear all customers, please don't buy this kind of electronic products from Amazon. They are not willing to sort out any issues of customers. I am second time purchased the same item. First time I received the same was not working properly, i mean that volume controller not worked, that's why I returned the same for replacement, since long time I waited for the same, but I didn't. One day while contacting the customer care executive who advised me to cancel the replacement request and request for refund. As per the advice I request for refund. After receiving the refund i again ordered for the same item on full pay basis. Unfortunately second time also I have received the same item partially damaged (the charger received as damaged) and defective. The seller also giving the item without qc test. You may please check the snaps of remote as I uploaded. One of the battery slot of the remote, they didn't have given neutral connectivity. Therefore I humbly request to everyone. Don't buy this type high value products from Amazon as well gadget wagon's. What to do without giving a star we cannot wright a review that's why given one star also to worst product. Worst quality.
I didn't notice the one star rating before ordering. 2 mics were working properly with good volume but Bluetooth, USB and FM were very feable. Almost no sound. Looks like defective unit was knowingly despatched. Thermocole packing was totally damaged inside.
