Would this amp be perfect paired with the solo baric L7 12" single sub @2ohm 750 rms 1500 peak?

This amp @2ohm is 600rms , but at 1ohm is 800 rms and if can be wired at 1ohm then yes!, but at 2ohms the speaker would be losing about 125rms ,which is not to bad.

Will this work for 3 10inch kicker rt at 1ohm

You can get a 1 ohm load out of 3 subs, only if you have 4 four ohm loads. Which means, you'll need two of those subs to be 2ohm dvc, and one of them to be 4ohm dvc, or 2 svc 4ohm, and 1 dvc 4ohm. Wire the (2) 2ohm dvc in series (for (2) 4ohm loads), wire the 4ohm dvc sub parallel (for a 2ohm load) And then wire all three subs parallel. And that's how you get 3 subs wired down to 1ohm.

Will this amp run two 600w peak 8ohm subs without blowing itself up? I have had bad luck.

You had bad luck from hooking up at subs 8 ohms most car amps run a 4, 2 or 1 ohm unless you are wiring down from 8 to 4 you will continue to have bad luck
