Bio Bidet SlimEdge Simple Bidet Toilet Attachment in White with Dual Nozzle, Fresh Water Spray, Non Electric, Easy to Install, Brass Inlet and Internal Valve

Please suggest me a T valve to fit this. I got 1/2'' main line. It needs to be 1/2'' 1/2'' 3/8'' . I couldn't find it in UK

Looks a great product, however I cannot plumb it as the T section doesn't fit so guess I'll never know.Please read reviews I thought with 29k reviews over 4stars would be a safe bet.I was wrong should have looked closer.

I have used BioBidets for over 20years and they have worked well except the plastic hoses both internal and external leak after about 5years, so I thought that this model A3 using braided hoses and a metal valve would be ideal. However the T Bar has USA fittings that are not compatible with my UK pipes. I tried two plumbers merchants and the internet for suitable connecters but no luck so I contacted the makers in the USA and after several E Mails they confirmed they could not provide a connecter. I then had the T Bar welded to a suitable UK connecter but this distorted the inside screw thread and it leaked. As i used the Bidet and ruined the T Bar I cannot return the unit to Amazon. So for general info please try and obtain a suitable connecter before buying this BioBidet Model A3.

Unfortunately, this does not come with the required fittings for the UK. My unit was also missing the spacers needed to make it work with a standard toilet seat. Amazon do not support a sophisticated support response with the vendor, so I am trying my luck with a return and replacement in the hope that it has the correct parts and fittings. I would avoid this if I were starting again.
