Our original seat cracked. This one fits perfect and has the advantage of being “soft close” so it doesn’t bang when you drop it. Installation was easy though getting the perfect alignment was a little finicky.

I copied a review from a previous purchase as I have had almost the exact same experience. One of the hinges broke, the plastic inside one of the hinge broke and now the seat is wiggly and the soft closure doesn't work anymore. It's the second seat this year with the same issue. First one bought in 01/20 broke after 4 months, second bought in 04/20 broke after 4 months too. Before that I had one who lasted 1 year until it broke with the same issue. This seat gets used average 3 times a day! The original seat was not much better.

The top review for this product had me really worried, but it is actually misleading. The item was exactly as ordered and to spec. Efaucets (the seller I bought from) is on top of things, they got the new seat to me in less than two days. Every part of this order was beyond what i could ask for. Can't tell you how nice it is to order a new toilet seat when the old one breaks and receive it in less than 48 hours. Really appreciated it!

Remplacement de la lunette d'origine cassée. Celle-ci est identique mais un peu plus légère. Elle est néanmoins de bonne qualité

Genuine Duravit seat soft close works well, only given 3* because last seat soft close worked for about 2-3 years and then a year or so later cracked in 2 places on each side from the inside edge becoming a bum pincher.

Easy to install, fits well but does not stay in place (moves) while i had tighten the pins to the toilet correctly
