NO ! my research tells Me that this will fit a 2013 and up Ram 1500-3500.

No it will not work for a 10 inch screen.

Q: I ordered this item. in the picture it shows this comes with a pocket. i need this!

Are you saying you need the pocket, or don't? Unless you're buying a single din radio, you won't be able to use a pocket with a double din. I installed a double din GPS in my 2013 Ram, so a pocket would not be an option.
