EXACTLY what I wanted!
I'm a fan of egg sandwiches and have been using a silicone ring for a couple years. These work so much better! The silicone ones get scorch marks and look disgusting after a few uses, and I can't help but be concerned that as the silicone breaks down over time that bits of it will end up in my food and inside me. Yuck! These rings are perfect for making eggs that fit right in my English muffin and if I don't use enough butter or olive oil to keep the eggs from sticking I can slide a butter knife in a circle without concern for harming the material. One mistake I made, I left one to soak in a pan for more than a day and a little rust appeared on the ring near the handle but I was able to scrub it off with a wire brush. Recommended!

Don't try to make mini cakes in these
By the title you can tell that I did indeed attempt to make mini cakes in these to make a mini tier cake. It did not go well. lots of sticking and overflowing. However the cake did turn out very moist and soft if anyone was wondering! I have used these for eggs on several occasions. I would suggest you have your pan fairly hot prior to putting the egg in. Set these in the pan and let them heat up too after putting some kind of greasing production on them. They tend to stick a bit and if the egg doesn't make the seal at the bottom you will see some leaking. Overall it is great for when I make home made biscuits and want my egg to form with the biscuit. Just again make sure you get it nice and hot or the egg may leak a bit until it cooks up and makes a seal. Grease them very well also. Overall I am pleased with these and they did not cost very much either. I hope this review helps you guys out!

Great value and ease of use
I LOVE THESE!!! I bought them to make my fiance', breakfast sandwiches after coming off his 12 hour night tours. These work perfectly. They hold a nice contact to the base of the pan reducing the amount of spill out from underneath. They are incredibly easy to remove the egg from and super easy to clean - I put them on the top shelf of my dish waser.

An OK product
I like how sturdy the rings are, however my eggs stuck to them like glue. The teflon did not work at all. Will definitely need to use some oil or butter on them to prevent sticking. Also, I cant seem to get the temperature right... The bottom of the egg will cook and then it takes forever for the top to finish...by then the bottom is burnt.

Too small, and does NOT do the job. Worth a buck maybe, not 10.
1. Steel handle, are you kidding me? It gets all hot, and then you have to struggle using mitts on the microscopic handles.2. Probably a flaw with all such egg rings is that the bottom burns out (even on lowest flame) before the entire height of egg in the ring is cooked and coagulated. You cannot remove the ring to flip the egg or the egg leaks out onto the pan. Seems to me egg rings should come with a lid to allow cooking from both sides evenly.3. The ring is under 3 INCHES WIDE ONLY. So unless you're planning to make egg munchkins or omelettes for ants, I don't recommend this egg ring. What comes out is too small even for muffins and you can forget making sandwiches.Overall - a waste of 10 dollars for junk that's gonna sit in my kitchen closet for few months then get thrown in trash.

Perfect Fried Eggs!
I like a fried egg sandwich once in a while and these rings keep the eggs in shape until they can be flipped. They need to be sprayed with cooking oil or the eggs stick and need to be cleaned thoroughly -- a small price to pay for perfect eggs.

FAIL
Bought these to make eggs for batch cooking sausage egg biscuit sandwiches. They were a fail. The egg stuck to the sides even when I sprayed it, it was hard to get the egg to cook evenly, and it made a mess. I ended up just freehanding it and moving the egg around in the pan to make the shape, which worked somewhat better. I think if you do use these, do not cook an entire egg in one mold. Probably half an egg would be better, otherwise the egg is too thick and won't cook properly.

The Wonderful Ring Thing
These are great for cooking eggs. Make sure to first rub a little butter on the inside, then heat the pan and ring together, and just drop in an egg. Once it looks done, if you like, remove the ring and use a spatula to flip the egg over to finish cooking it in a few seconds. All of this may be preceded by toasting an English muffin, and maybe frying a piece ham or some sausage, so you can make a perfect breakfast sandwich. Terrific.
