Wow, the other reviewers were right! This stuff really works. Sustained energy, focus & motivation. Don't know for sure about the immune boosting part but I'd be willing to believe that's working too. Will update if I feel differently after I finish the bottle

I take 1/4 tsp of Power Adapt twice daily. I exercise daily with a cross training regimen including swimming biking, jogging, dynamic drills, tai chi, and physical labor on my property. I'm 65 years old and dedicated to my personal fitness and am retired from 40 years of teaching. I am very conscious of eating a balanced nutritious diet with the idea of taking care of the mitochondria in my cells.How well is Power Adapt working? It may be a placebo affect, but I do think that I recover better and more quickly since I've started taking this supplement.

I know this is not a returnable product… but at the time I opened it it was not sealed… I don't feel confident about consuming it as I'm not sure if it should have been completely closed and sealed.

Power Adapt is GREAT! everyone should in-cooperate it their daily supplement routine. really helps with stamina, reduces fatigue. Increases metabolism, helps burn body fat, and build lean muscle. out of all the things I've tried, and BELIEVE there are many....Power Adapt is the BEST!!!

I take it in the morning and can feel increased energy almost right away. Definitely a good start to the day.
