Onitsuka Tiger Ultimate 81 PS Running Shoe (Toddler/Little Kid)

I'll rate this 3.5 star. My 4 year old son has wide feet. He wears a size 11 to 11.5 in most brands. I ordered a size 12 to have a little room to grow. Size 12 is too tight and too small for him. We replaced it with a size 13 and fitting is fair. Size is right but width is still a little tight. At the end of the day, he says it's tight. I did not see any redness indicating too much pressure or friction. The material is flexible. Given a few wear, I think it will be stretched and it'll be fine. BTW I am an orthopedic physical therapist and I also have these shoes for my self (4 pairs). Some brands like Onitsuka make their product a little smaller or tighter compared to most brands. I usually wear a size 10. With this brand, size 11 medium is the right size for me. Overall it's a fairly good shoes for it's price with good materials and design. A lot of cool style to chose from. Good for a very active child. It's just a little narrow.

Poor quality, beware!The front rubber part detached only after 4 months on non-daily wearing (photo attached). My son has several pairs of sports shoes to change every day and not to wear one pair out too fast. He really liked these Tiger shoes - we got the grey and lime color. They are light, look good on his narrow foot, never caused any discomfort, matches all clothes. UNFORTUNATELY they fell apart - the front part of the shoe sole detached. I tried to glue them with Shoe Glue myself - did not stay. Then I brought them to the shoe repair place and they said they can TRY to glue them back together (for $10.50) but there is no guarantee that it will stay together and not fall apart after the first wear.So as a customer I feel cheated on - I buy shoes which only last 4 months?! I would like the Seller to replace the poor quality product or provide a money return.

Great, albeit a little flashy in terms of color, shoes! I ordered a kids pair for my son and an adult pair for myself - yes, we sometimes both wear them on the same day, but not with matching shirts, in case you are wondering. We have both gotten a number of positive comments about them. They look good with jeans or shorts, and, after a few months, have not had any problems in terms of construction. We will definitely be going back to Onitsuka Tiger brands when it's time to purchase new pairs.

This is the second pair I've purchased for my son. He has slightly narrower feet and there have been shoes that are too wide for his feet where he just runs out of his shoes especially if they are just a little bulky in weight. These fit extremely well, had a nice arch support, and also lightweight. This is pretty much the only pair of shoes he wears, aside from his Umi boots. We'll be buying another pair of Tiger's once he outgrows this pair.

I purchased these shoes for my 4 year old daughter who has never had an issue with shoes being too narrow. She is still wearing a size 11 in all other shoes and bought these in a 12 so she could grow into them. I put them on her and sent her to preschool for a total of 3 hours, the rest of the day was spent in flip flops. She woke up the next day with black and blue bruises on the tops of both her feet. A week later they are still healing. I really like the look of the shoes and wanted to love them for the price but I am not going to ruin her feet over $20 for better quality.

nice shoes but it will only last for a month or two. it's not antimicrobial so feet might smell...

The tire on this site peels very easily and the fit is tight. Great look though, Just does not stand up to a 4 year olds wear and tear.

These are absolutely adorable. Unfortunately, they were way too small for my daughter. On a bright note, they are well made!
