Almost good
Looks good sturdy, but the spacers are NOT 1/16 .0625 (1,6 mm) but about .059 (1,5 mm) adding up to .474 (12,04 mm) instead of .500 (12,7 mm). That equals an error of almost a half of a length unit when cutting a -12 rivet. Also, the cutting blades are .250, disabling the tool from cutting -3 rivets.
