BUYER BEWARE! You have to pay restocking fee for returns!
Item arrived on time, which is why it receives ONE STAR! This item is not built for android users. You have to download the videos and pictures you want to show on the projector to a memory card for the device to read. This is more for apple users, but it does not come with the cord necessary to connect it to the apple devices. I am an android user who bought this item thinking it would work for me via the usb port. That did not work. After calling the tech number, I was told to email the "tech guy" who then tried to assist me via several emails. In the end, the device is not equipped to do what I need it to do so I decided to return it. I was then told I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. WHO DOES THAT? RESTOCKING FEE? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I was told since there was no defect with the device, I am responsible for shipping it back to the company and I have to pay to get it back on the shelves. So, let me get this right, this company will get paid TWICE for the same device? That is NOT RIGHT!!!! This company should be ashamed of doing business like this. In an email from the "tech guy" I was informed the company would close if it did not charge the restocking fee. Something is really wrong with that!
