My husband likes it because its one pill. He hates to take vitamins so this is a good whole food one.

Extremely happy! I buy these for my husband and have for months! They are easy to take. My husband doesn’t have the best diet and we need to have something to help fill in the gaps! Feeling so much better since I am back on these every day. My D levels are up too. My husband is happy with these also. Simple, convenient, just one pill a day - a commitment I can handle. Yes, you can get their (or other) versions and get slightly more vitamins than with these, but you will be taking three or four pills to achieve this. This is one easy pill to swallow, literally, and contains everything a human needs except fish oils and probiotics which I add. Love this brand!
