I ordered this yoga wheel because of back problems. I've been using it for a while now and I can say that it has helped me a lot. It is very sturdy, I was really impressed by the quality of this item. It also comes with a booklet illustrating the different yoga poses. Oh and it looks absolutely amazing, not like the simple boring ones. I am fully satisfied with my purchase and can recommend to anyone.

Love it!
I love this yoga wheel! It is very sturdy yet soft on the usable side, comes with a booklet of exercises and the colour is fab. The inside pattern is lovely and it was a bargain price.

I love using this ring
I love using this ring. I bought it to help me with some physio, and it has worked wonders at opening up my upper back and shoulders. The product is well made and sturdy. I would recommend the product and the company!
