I used this to install a TV to watch while on the treadmill. The bracket can accommodate a variety of pole diameters form 25 mm to 60 mm by using the different U-bolt included in the box. It was nice that they included Allen wrenches for adjusting the tightness of the joints. It would have been good if they had also included a wrench to fit the nuts on the U-bolts. Even though I have quite a few open-end wrenches, I didn't have one to fit the nuts provided so had to resort to using an adjustable wrench, which is less than ideal. Anyway, it went together fairly easily even though the instruction sheet is mostly drawings with very few words. The bracket is sturdy enough to support my 15" TV; however, the weight limit is specified to be 17.6 lbs (8 kg). Make sure your TV or monitor does not exceed that limit.

We have been remodeling our home office and I picked this up to mount a monitor up high. It does the job VERY WELL! We can move it around because it swings but its strong, and I don't worry about it falling. This is good because it is ABOVE my head! lol

Well-built and smoothly machined. Appreciate the extra u-bolts for various sized poles. Needs more guidance on VESA screw sizes. Included ones didn't fit my Sony monitor. Had to order separate box of assorted screws for $10. Works well.
