I've bought this tea several times. It's an enjoyable tea to help me fall asleep occasionally. For someone not familiar with it, I say it's similar to kale or spinach for taste. It's a delicious and gentle tea.

Purchased this tea as a starter pack before moving on to steeping fenugreek seeds daily. These tea bags are a great, mild stepping stone that help build the habit of daily tea drinking and also help get the taste buds adapted to the very earthy, bitter with a hint of sweet flavor that fenugreek packs. I started drinking fenugreek to help promote healthy hair growth but after running out of my first bag of fenugreek seeds I fell off the wagon and therefore can't speak on its effectiveness. I do believe it has the ability to work wonders (in combination with other things) but consistency is required.

It really helps to relax and sleep. The only caveat is the strong smell but I guess is the natural smell of the plant. Easily fixed with a sweetener

I'm giving this product 3 stars because even though it says that the bags are chlorine free that doesn't mean they are natural - could still have nylon, plastics, chemicals or pesticides. The tea is very good but the bags are not!!

This stuff is great! I can get pretty wound up during the as I work with special needs elementary kids. Sometimes difficult to wind down at the end of the day. Very glad that it tastes nothing like what it smells. I just add about a half teaspoon of honey. Hour or so before bedtime and I drift right off and sleep through the nightn

The tea is great, very tasty and it works to calm nerves. However, I don't recommend opening or brewing if you have cats around. Mine went crazy trying to figure out where the smell was coming from, as would be expected. I don't know why I thought any different, but they managed to smash my mug and spill the tea...then drank it themselves.

This valerian tea is VERY weak. When brewing it barely turns the water a pale yellow. Most decent valerian teas will turn the water a nice dark brown. VERY disappointed in this product. Expensive too.
