Great product used to seal installation of tiled walk-in shower. This liquid membrane worked perfectly by applying with paint brush and curing within 2 hours. Very simular to Red Gard but half the price. Highly recommended!Not half-price anymore :(

Love the product. Super easy to apply. Make sure to get some waterproof membrane tape as well. Great and simple application. Make sure to tile as quickly as you can though. If you wait too long the surface will begin to crack and you'll need to reapply the coating. I think the manufacturer said something like 24-48 hours after drying you should put on tile. You're also supposed to use a polymer-modified mortar if you're planning on using this stuff.

Under ceramic tile you cannot go wrong. It would be so useful in many situations - we put it on our stairs down to the basement -- totally non slip! I wish we had used it on the basement walls, but we sold the home. This price @ $74 is out there. I bought it in June 2019 for $29. So, for my recent purchase I went elsewhere and purchased it for $44 and paid the shipping -- still ahead a mile.

As far as being a good waterproofing paint, only time will tell. It was less expensive than a similar "red' waterproofing paint.

We used this as a moisture barrier on a commercial kitchen floor and LOVED how easy it was to apply! It does a great job for the intended purpose.
