Great so far!
Got ours a couple days ago and have been making various stir fries the past few days. Key to this and any of these woks is to season correctly but keep in mind this does have teflon so turning colors won't happen as the pan is dark on the inside. We followed another reviewers seasoning method but added a couple of extra steps that were recommended by a few pro wok chefs online.*Besides the cleaning (with copper scrubbing - not too vigorously) and we used a couple pieces of fatty bacon (from our local butcher) and some ginger and green onions to help season the pan. We did the seasoning part three times to ensure the entire wok was seasoned correctly.1. Remove wok from box and attach handle.2. Fill about 3/4 of the wok with water and boil (this will help get that sticky oil off).3. After boiling for a few minutes take off the burner.4. Wash with a copper or steel scrubber and a little soap! (wash the entire wok , I mean top/bottom all over to scrub the oil away (this will be the last time you use a scrubber or even soap to wash the wok)(There is a factory lacquer oil on the wok, you can't see it but you'll definitely smell it, you must get as much of that oil off before starting the seasoning process).5. Dry (it's okay if you leave a little water since you will put it right back to the burner).6. Get the wok back on the burner on medium heat, you will notice the bottom of the pan will start developing a golden color, then almost blue, then darker...7. After the bottom has some color turn the wok to the side to get the side some heat, repeat this until most of the wok is dark goldish brown/blue, it's perfectly fine if it's not dark all around and is blotchy.8. Remain on medium heat and even the wok back flat on the burner, now get some oil in there, something that has a high smoke point, lard, canola, veggie oil.....and rub the oil with a paper towel all around the wok, let the wok sit on the medium heat burner for about 5-10 minutes, add more oil if too dry, it might get super smokey so get your windows open and fan running.9. Now, you should have a seasoned wok!10. Feel free to throw some bacon in the pan to season even more, I did that but did not eat the bacon, just tossed it out.

Bad product, worse customer service
Bought this wok because it was a highly recommended one (I think by NYT). Used it three times and started noticing the non-stick coating was peeling and ending up in my food.Reached out to them for a return and it took six months for them to reply stating I should reach out to another party that only honors a 30 day return policy. Ended up throwing it away. Pass. Will avoid buying from this brand again.

Functions Well
I'm used to using All Clad and other heavier pots and pans so I was skeptical of this lightweight wok. After using it, though, I'm very happy with its performance. Non-stick is the only way to go for stir frying and this wok is getting used by me every week. Great value for the price.

Promo for nonstick wok with metal utensils misleading
The add for the Nonstick Wok included a package with metal wok utensils, but when the wok arrives, it says you can't use metal utensils with it. I returned them. You should remove the promo for a nonstick wok with metal utensils! The wok already has nonstick covering chipping off the bottom, after less than a week's light use. Otherwise, I fried incredibly good eggs, and made beef stew with it. Aside from the problems so far, I love it.Since I wrote this review, I've only used the wok a few times, and yet, now the "nonstick" cover is coming off inside the bottom of the wok! I have a 30 yo, not very hot electric stove, don't use metal utensils, wash according to directions. There's no reason for the nonstick covering to peel. I wouldn't recommend buying this unit. The cooking has been good, but because it's a wok, not because it's well-made, and I will continue to develop my wok skills , but it sure won't be this one. If I can return it for a refund, I will. If not, caveat emptor.

Good Wok
This wok is a good value. The handles are good. The thickness is good. Good overall wok.

Nonstick Wok
This wok provides even heating and the food does not stick to the wok during cooking!Rinse with water to clean the wok after cooking. The wok is large enough to cook for more than 5 servings. The large cover is very useful.

He followed the seasoning directions to the letter and for the first few times he cooked with it it worked fine. However
Bought this wok as a Christmas gift for my husband who is culinary genius who worked in the restaurant business for years but just got into Chinese cuisine recently. He followed the seasoning directions to the letter and for the first few times he cooked with it it worked fine. However, the more he used it the worse it got. Now everything sticks and you have to use a lot more oil than you should have to. If someone who used to work in a kitchen for a living can't use this product successfully than no one can.

Was good for the first couple of times I used it
Was good for the first couple of times I used it. Then I made some chicken in it and it had stuck to the bottom of the pan. Tried to scrub it off, but didn't work. Then, tried to scrape it off and the coating came off with it. Now, it has rust on the bottom, where the coating came off and am sort of scared to use it again.
